Post lockdown, their has been tremendous increase in demand of real estate specially residential sector.

Real estate offers various profitable advantages:

• Other than residential purpose investor can use the properties for business purpose.
• Investor's can also gain rental income from the property.
• As per a report government has reduced stamp duty which is a great source of attraction for investors.

Real estate is one of the basic pillars for the economy as every business require a property to start with.
More than a source of residence real estate has become a source of profit and income in long run. Investors wisely invest in real estate to earn profit, many investors purchase a property and then lease the property for years.
